Recording details view detail
The details of the recording show the numbers involved in the call, as well as the date of the recording. In addition, there is a comments field in which users can include annotations associated with that recording.
You may find the case that when you query a call you see that there is an hourglass-shaped icon. This means that the call log has been received in Recordia®, but the contents of the recording are not yet available.
This state is usually transient, for example, if the recording size is very large. If this condition persists it is indicative that there has been a problem in the upload of the recording so an incident should be opened.

Detail basic view of recording details
In the details of the recording, you can access an Advanced View from which you can consult information related to the HASH of the recording, in addition there is a field called Unique Recording ID for technical support. This field will be useful in the event that you need to report any type of incident related to that recording.

If you need to verify the integrity and authenticity of a recording, you can do so through the Verify option. To do this, press the button and upload to the audio file you want to compare against the existing recording on the system. If that recording has not been modified, the system will return an OK Result. In those cases where the recording record has been tampered with, the system will return an Error Result as shown in the following images:
